Hi folks, John here! My team and I were just discussing something pretty important, and I wanted to take a moment to share our thoughts with you.
Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight just released their elections forecast for this year’s midterms. According to their analysts, the Senate is rated as a “toss-up,” meaning that it’s anyone’s guess about whether we can hang on to our Democratic majority come November.
This is a wake-up call. With so much important work still ahead of us — from protecting the right to choose to taking action on climate change and more — we need to do everything we can to protect our Senate majority. And we can’t do it alone.
Thanks to folks like you who pitched in when you could, this incredible team did what many told us was impossible in 2020 — we flipped this seat blue and helped secure the Democratic Senate majority. And now, political pundits have made it clear that we’re going to have to work twice as hard to protect it.
Democrats are counting on this incredible team again to support our work and protect our hard-won majority. That’s why your support is so important to us right now, and why I have to ask:
If you can, will you chip in any amount to help us protect our Democratic majority? There are so many tough races this November, including right here in Colorado — so it’s critical that we step up in moments like these.

This grassroots team knows a thing or two about what we can do when we come together — and that’s exactly what we need to do right now.
Thanks for your support.
