Steve King is in some deep trouble. Inside Elections has officially changed Iowa's 4th district from leans Republican to tilts Republican — a powerful vote of confidence for the power of J.D. Scholten’s campaign.

Why? Because Trump won Iowa’s 4th by 27 points in 2016. J.D. Scholten’s powerful progressive campaign and unapologetic fight for rural Americans has nearly erased King’s advantage, and pushed this into swing-seat territory.

If you want to help elect a progressive in a swing seat, now is the time to take action. Split a $3 donation between J.D. and my reelection campaign to support powerful progressives into 2020:

In 2018, J.D. was just inches away from defeating Steve King, and making sure he answered for his white supremacist comments. But clearly, King didn’t learn his lesson.

Since being reelected in 2018, King has doubled down on his horrendous beliefs. He’s been defending total bans on abortion, even in cases of rape and incest. He’s openly asked when being a “white nationalist” became “offensive.” He’s even met with hate groups.

Steve King has to go. And who better to replace him with than J.D. Scholten, an unapologetic progressive fighting to build an economy that works for all? Split a $3 donation between his campaign and my reelection here:
