xxxxxx,

My name is Kris Mayes, and I am the only Democrat running for Attorney General in Arizona. I’m reaching out because like Florida, Arizona is trying to enact extreme abortion restrictions since the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade.

When Arizona Republicans started taking extreme measures, I reached out to my friend Daniel Uhlfelder to see what was happening in Florida and what he was doing to combat it.

We quickly realized Democratic Attorneys General in battleground states like Arizona and Florida are on the frontline of this fight now, and we must work together to make sure we elect people like myself and Daniel in November.

xxxxxx, it’s crucial we have people who won’t prosecute patients or medical professionals when it comes to reproductive health care. If Republicans win these races in Florida and Arizona, they will absolutely arrest and jail people, as soon as possible. Will you split a donation of $5 between my campaign and Daniel’s to make sure that doesn’t happen?

Arizona Republicans want to enforce a 1901 law that would criminalize abortion with no exceptions for rape or incest. It requires a jail sentence of two to five years for any medical professional who assists in reproductive care.

I promise if elected as the next Attorney General of Arizona, I won’t arrest, prosecute or jail any patients or medical professionals for reproductive care. And Daniel has made the same promise if elected in Florida.

Having more Democratic Attorneys General will help protect reproductive health care, stop our states from filing frivolous political lawsuits and instead, start working for our constituents.

xxxxxx, the choice cannot be more clear. Will you split a donation between my campaign and Daniel’s so we can both flip the AG seats in our states in November?

Thanks for your support,

Kris Mayes
