Half of Syria’s children have grown up knowing nothing but war  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

Save the Children Action Network is the political voice for kids.

It’s been more than 11 years since conflict broke out in Syria – but the number of children and families in dire need still rises day after day. Tell President Biden and Congress: we must do everything in our power to protect the health, safety and education of suffering kids in North West Syria.

Hi John,

Adam* and Yousef* were barely old enough to walk when they survived their first shelling attack. It killed their father and destroyed their home in North West Syria.

Six years later, a second attack took their mother.

Yousef suffered permanent injuries to his leg, but he wanders their displacement camp on foot every day to sell biscuits. It’s the only way his family can afford food and medicine.

John, at just 11 and 12 years old, Adam and Yousef have experienced more trauma than a child ever should. There are 3.1 million displaced kids in North West Syria just like them – and they’re in urgent need of humanitarian assistance.

Send a message to the President and your members of Congress: children in North West Syria need our nation’s support to recover from disaster, rebuild their lives and chase bright futures.

Conflict has stolen safety and opportunity from countless kids in North West Syria. Children here have watched their loved ones, their homes, their schools and their dreams perish in the face of devastating violence and unrelenting hunger.

They were born into war – but they deserve a future where they can realize their dreams.

Urge legislators to take urgent action to support humanitarian efforts in North West Syria and ensure no child is left behind.

Thank you for being a voice for kids,

Christy Gleason
