- Support to complete job applications

Chef Supervisor, Fernwood Junior School (Term Time Only)
As a Chef Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school kitchen and will provide general supervision of the preparation, cooking and serving of school meals. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in preparing and cooking for large groups and effectively managing a kitchen team.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety laws, health and safety regulations and their application in the kitchen.
The ability to plan and organise menus, order supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels.
