With the primary election behind us, we’re officially kicking off our General Election matchup against Young Kim in the 40th District.
From the start, this campaign has been about listening and being a voice for Orange County families on the issues that matter -- health care, rising costs, price gouging at the pumps, reproductive freedoms, jobs, and so much more. Extremists like Young Kim have legislated based on the whims of Donald Trump and what's trending on
Fox News, but last month's primary results proved that Orange County won't fall for the far-right easily.
Thousands of supporters have already signed on to become official endorsers of my campaign. We’re hoping to kick off the General Election push by adding another 100 from 90001 to that number.
Now that I’m officially the Democratic nominee, will you add your name to say you personally endorse my campaign against Young Kim? It’s important to know we can count on your support to turn CA-40 blue.
After redistricting, Young Kim showed us her true colors when she left behind 80% of her constituents to run in this district. It is clear she cares more about staying in power than serving the community. We can’t allow that to happen.
I’ve served patients in this community for decades. I understand what’s ailing Orange County families, and I’m ready to take a thoughtful, common-sense approach to legislating in Congress. But that’s only possible if thousands of supporters step up to send a message that we can’t be bought by the super PACs backing Kim.
