A lot of issues are weighing on my mind right now, friends.

The conservative-stacked Supreme Court’s ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade has ripped away the reproductive rights of millions of women and undermined the right to privacy. I am working every day to protect reproductive rights at the federal level in the wake of this terrible decision.

And the Supreme Court’s decision to narrow the Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to address climate warming pollution puts the health of our planet at extreme risk.

Here in New Mexico, our communities are already dealing with the immediate impacts of the climate crisis, from record-breaking wildfires to severe flooding. The Supreme Court ruling only makes matters worse. We can’t afford to wait any longer to act.

We also can’t stop building on all the work we’ve already started — including continuing to address gun violence after passing the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act and extending child nutrition waivers to make sure students have access to nutritious school meals during the summer.

I’ve shared what’s on my mind. But our campaign isn’t one-sided. I want to hear what you’re thinking about, too.

Will you share what issues matter the most to you and your family? It will only take a few minutes for you to fill out our campaign’s priorities survey, and your responses will give our campaign crucial insight to chart a path forward:
