Friend,

Great news. The Supreme Court made the right call in their West Virginia v. EPA decision.

The Court ruled that the EPA can’t broadly regulate carbon emissions, breaking the agency’s unconstitutional authority to act as the author of environmental policy. This is a big win for limited government, but our work’s not done yet.

Now it’s time for pro-consumer legislators to step up and cut the red tape strangling our energy sector. The court has sided with North Dakotans. The EPA’s over-reaching energy policies that limited North Dakota’s ability to provide much needed energy is over.

However, I can guarantee that the EPA will not take this decision well and will again soon try to implement overreaching policies.

Before they can do so, will you help me secure North Dakotan energy? ([link removed])
