*LCB Board Action: Final Rules Adopted ? Electronic Service and Filing*

On July 6, 2022, during its regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action:

*_General rulemaking action_*

*Final rules adopted ? Effective August 6, 2022:*

The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) regarding electronic transmission of documents for service and filing. The rules take effect August 6, 2022. The new rule section adopts electronic transmission as an additional means for service and filing of documents. The rule also defines ?electronic transmission? and outlines procedures for service and filing of documents by electronic transmission.
