Our democracy is in great danger. The illegitimate and extremist right-wing Justices on the Supreme Court are taking away our rights, against the will of the people.

Most of the far-right Justices were appointed by Presidents who lost the popular vote, and one is implicated in Republicans’ criminal conspiracy to overthrow our government.

Understandably, many Americans have lost faith in this institution. Fortunately, Congress has the Constitutional authority to regulate the Supreme Court.

Sign the petition now if you agree: Democrats in Congress must immediately act to course correct the Supreme Court’s extremism before it’s too late. Our lives literally depend on it.

When Mitch McConnell stole two Supreme Court seats―first by denying President Obama’s nominee in 2016, then by rushing through Trump’s nominee just days before the 2020 presidential election―Republicans fomented a far-right majority on the court with the goal of taking away our rights in order to hold onto power.

If left unchecked, this Supreme Court will continue to take away our freedoms and target marginalized communities. They will not stop trying to overturn the will of the people. And we must fight back. That includes expanding and re-balancing the Supreme Court before we are beyond the point of no return.
