** Hadley Arkes
------------------------------------------------------------
Hadley Arkes is the founder of the James Wilson Institute. He has been a member of the Amherst College faculty since 1966, and since 1987 he has been the Edward Ney Professor of Jurisprudence. He has written five books with Princeton University Press and his most recent books have been with Cambridge University Press, including Natural Rights and the Right to Choose (2002), and Constitutional Illusions and Anchoring Truths: The Touchstone of the Natural Law (2010). In his recent book, Natural Right and the Right to Choose, he outlines his experience in moving the Born-Alive Infants' Protection Act through Congress. A main advocate of the Born-Alive Infants' Protection Act, Professor Arkes played a major role in the passing of this Act.


** Catherine Glenn Foster

Catherine Glenn Foster is the President and CEO of Americans United for Life and a 2016 Fellow of the James Wilson Fellowship. She is a former litigation counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom where she worked on their Life Litigation Team, focusing on protecting the sanctity of life. Foster has testified before and advised the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce Select Investigative Panel and Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, and other federal and state bodies and representatives. She and her work have appeared extensively in national media and have received awards, including one for an article on human rights relating to embryo adoption. She earned her J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center and also received her MA in French from the University of South Florida.


** Josh Craddock

Josh Craddock is an affiliated scholar and 2019 Fellow of the James Wilson Fellowship. He graduated magna cum laude from the Harvard Law School, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. He later clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Prior to law school, Josh managed advocacy teams for non-profit organizations at the United Nations and participated in negotiations for the Sustainable Development Goals. Josh’s writing has appeared in the Washington Post, Newsweek, National Review, First Things, Public Discourse, The Stream, and Providence Magazine.
