In Congress, Sean's made access to affordable, quality education for all one of his top priorities -- because he firmly believes that education is the gateway to opportunity.

But with college tuition skyrocketing and working families' wages stagnating, it's becoming nearly impossible for many students to pursue higher education.

That's why Sean's proud to have introduced the Pell Grant Sustainability Act, which would keep college costs down for the over 7 million students each year who rely on Pell grants to pay for school.
