Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) Waiver Amendment Public Comments

Attached below is the KDADS announcement that they are seeking stakeholder feedback from Home and Community- Based Services (HCBS) stakeholders for the waiver amendment of the physical disability (PD), Frail Elderly (FE), Brain Injury (BI), Intellectual/Developmental Disability (IDD), Technology Assistance (TA) waivers.??

Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP)

Request for Information

ODEP is seeking information from the public regarding a supplement to the Current Population Survey (CPS) on disability employment topics, which will be conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Census Bureau in collaboration with the Department?s Chief Evaluation Office and is expected to be fielded in 2024. The Department is publishing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather comments to aid in revising the CPS Disability Supplement and inform its general disability employment research agenda. Individuals and/or organizations with an interest in this subject are encouraged to review the RFI and provide comments.

KHRC?s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan, which determines what eligible activities KHRC will fund, will be available for public comment in the Fall of 2022. Following the 15-day public comment period, KHRC will submit the Allocation Plan to HUD for approval.
