Dear John,

I'm so inspired by the way our community rallied together to make #GivingTuesday a powerful day in the fight to end Alzheimer's disease, especially during our $1 Million Matching Gift Challenge. We are able to make 2X the impact in providing year-round support and hope to the millions of people affected by Alzheimer's nationwide, as well as helping to advance critical research.

Thanks to all of our #GivingTuesday donors, we're moving closer to our vision of a world without Alzheimer's. If you were unable to give yesterday, it's not too late. Your gift today can still be matched during our $1 Million Matching Gift Challenge. Hurry while you can still make 2X the impact in providing Alzheimer's care and support and advancing research.

The National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE) has generously pledged $1 million to the Alzheimer's Association if we can raise that same amount by December 31. This means that all donations made to this challenge, up to a total of $1 million, can be matched. NARFE's gift will help further our efforts to provide care and support to all affected and to accelerate critical research. Many of NARFE's members have been impacted by Alzheimer's. Like you, they understand the devastation of this cruel disease and are committed to ending it.

Your gift today can still be matched to further our mission to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

Thank you very much for your support and for being part of our community dedicated to ending this disease.

Sincerely,
