As your Attorney General, here’s what I’ve done to curb the flow of crime across our border:
* Stopped the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) from implementing “Permanent Guidance,” a policy that HALTS deportations, even for convicted sex offenders and murderers.
* Prevented the Biden administration from ending Title 42, a Trump-era policy that reduced immigration to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
* Sued the DHS for violating the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), a policy that requires federal agencies to submit environmental impact statements.

Let’s break this last one down for a second, because this has got to be one of my favorite things to do in politics:

Take the extreme left’s policies that they themselves don’t follow (EPA regulations, masks, constantly changing woke-language standards, etc.)... and shove it right back in their faces!

In this case, I sued the DHS for not following the radical left’s own absurd environmental policy standards.
The DHS wanted to stop border wall construction, allowing more illegal immigrants to cross our border (while leaving litter all over our beautiful Arizona desert, including in the Coronado National Forest)…

And I wasn’t having it.
The environment is very important to me.
Very. Very. Important.
So I wasn’t about to let the soft-on-crime Democrats get away with damaging it…
And border wall construction continued.
Here are some more things I’ve done to fight illegal immigration:
* Defended the Public Charge Rule, which requires noncitizens to prove that they can provide for themselves financially without depending on your tax dollars.
* Sued the DHS for the Biden administration’s “Interim Guidance” policy that effectively ended the enforcement of immigration law, despite testimony from ICE officials that doing so would harm public safety.
* Blocked “Blood Wires” sent via Western Union, a secret network of funding that’s financed drug cartels for decades.

But here's the thing:
Even though I’m proud of the actions I’ve taken as your Attorney General…

There’s only so much that I can do in my current position.
That’s because it's the federal government’s job to protect our border… not Arizona's.
Unfortunately, the radical left has that job now, too.

And they're not very good at it.
That’s precisely what I plan on changing in the United States Senate. ([link removed])

Because with a Republican majority in the Senate, we can actually enforce our laws that protect our border.

We can also stop the radical left Democrats from implementing extreme immigration reform, too.
These reforms would effectively legalize mass immigration (and grant amnesty to all of the illegal aliens already in our country).
