As the US Supreme Court concluded its term last week, key decisions were
made that could profoundly affect health care access and delivery in
America.

Tomorrow on July 8, Health Affairs Editor-in-Chief Alan Weil will host a
discussion of these decisions and their implications with a panel of
analysts including:

* Jonathan H. Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law and
director of the Coleman P. Burke Center for Environmental Law, at the
