A devastating Supreme Court ruling in West Virginia v. EPA has severely limited the federal government's ability to regulate carbon emissions from power plants.

Power plants are the second-largest contributor to climate change in the United States. This ruling will make the climate crisis even worse - unless we act as soon as possible to bring carbon emissions down.
