In accordance with the latest Presidential Proclamation [ [link removed] ], the flag of the United States and the flag of the State of Wisconsin shall be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds, and military installations of the State of Wisconsin equipped with such flags beginning immediately and ending at sunset on Saturday, July 9, 2022, in honor and remembrance of the victims of the tragedy in Highland Park, Illinois.
