To put it simply, it’s clear after their recent rulings that the Supreme Court no longer reflects what most Americans believe.
Just days after overturning Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court came out with another disastrous ruling, limiting the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) authority in regulating greenhouse gasses at power plants.
This ruling is a terrible blow at a time when we have to be doing everything we can to solve the problem of climate change.
Now, Team Sharice wants to hear from you: Do you agree that the Supreme Court shouldn’t have undercut the EPA’s authority to regulate the environmental impacts of power plants? Answer by midnight here→ [[link removed]]

Look, the planet is suffering and communities of color, tribal communities, and lower-income neighborhoods are bearing the brunt of it.
Wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes, droughts—we’re only going to see more and more of these extreme weather events if we don’t do something.
This decision could even undercut the government’s ability to regulate not only the environment, but anything.
SCOTUS failed us again, so now we want to make sure we’re on the same page as we plan our response. Take our poll to share your thoughts on this ruling and its impact for future generations→ [[link removed]]
