Rosendale Voted AGAINST Helping Montana's

Hungry Children

Dear John,

Almost 40% of Montana's kids enrolled in public education qualify for the free or reduced lunch program. Click here to learn what schools and what percentage of students in these public schools throughout Montana qualify for free or reduced lunch. The numbers are shocking. These are kids whose families do not earn enough money to afford school lunch for their children.

Congress has now passed the Keep Kids Fed Act to extend free school meals through September 30, and some school meal waivers through the 2022–2023 school year. All 100 Senators agreed to pass the legislation. In the House, 42 members voted against the legislation, including Montana's Representative Matt Rosendale.

Matt Rosendale voted AGAINST resources that help to feed Montana's kids.

Many of these kids live in rural counties where their families are farmers and ranchers or work on family farms and ranches.

He voted AGAINST helping to feed America's hungry children.

This is unfathomable and unacceptable.

Please, help us get him out of office and put Penny, a proven champion FOR Montana's kids, into office.
