John, now that Roe v. Wade has fallen, reproductive rights can only be protected at the ballot box. In our upcoming midterm elections, will you be a pro-choice voter?

For half a century, the courts secured the right to access reproductive health care across this country. Now, that protection is GONE.

Here in North Carolina, abortion is legal and will remain so as long as there are enough Democrats in the legislature to uphold Roy’s veto — but Republicans are incredibly close to winning supermajorities in Raleigh.

Meanwhile, Republicans in D.C. are preparing to pass a national abortion ban if they gain control over Congress.

Our only path forward for defending reproductive rights in NC, preventing a national abortion ban, and restoring abortion access across the country is to elect pro-choice leaders who will do whatever it takes to fight for our fundamental rights.
