In case you missed it, last month Shannon filed a lawsuit against Tesla for laying off thousands of workers around the country without providing advance notice required by law for mass layoffs.

Here’s the reality: Tesla is a trillion dollar company and its CEO, Elon Musk, is literally the richest person on the planet so it’s not only illegal, it’s appalling that Tesla laid off these employees without advance notice and offered only one week of severance pay.

And you know what else is appalling about this case?

The fact that Elon Musk called that lawsuit and the plight of the thousands of workers it represents “trivial.”
