I’m running to represent Utah in the U.S. Senate to put country before party, stand up to extremists, and defend American democracy from those who seek to destroy it.

My opponent is far-right Senator Mike Lee, an extremist who conspired with the Trump administration to overturn the 2020 election and override the will of the people.

A new poll just showed our campaign in a near-statistical tie with Mike Lee, but I need your help to take the lead. Will you split a donation between the Democracy Defense Fund and our campaign to stand up to extremism and defend democracy?

As an undercover CIA officer, I watched firsthand as authoritarians eroded citizens’ rights and destroyed democracy abroad. I saw the chilling effects of extremism and the terror it wrought on people and families simply trying to live their lives.

Today, here at home, politically-motivated violence is far too common, our elections are under attack, women in desperate situations are being criminalized, and families are struggling to put gas in their cars and food on their tables.

While most Americans are grappling with these issues, our voices are being gerrymandered to protect the status quo, and our right to vote is being stolen from us by extremists and powerful special interests in pursuit of their own power.

It feels like every election is more critical than the last, and that’s why I’m running to replace Mike Lee and stop Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell and the far-right from taking total control of America in the years ahead.
