Hi John,

The Supreme Court has sided with the coal industry and its state allies by ruling against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). There is zero time to waste in  fighting back because for every second we delay, the costs of inaction for all Americans only grows.

Join us tomorrow,  for a rally at the Supreme Court to show our outrage with the Supreme Court’s decision, while demanding that Congress finally pass $555 billion in climate, justice, jobs, and clean energy investments.

When: Wednesday, July 6th
Time: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM ET
Location: Supreme Court of the United States
Address: 1 First St NE, Washington, DC 20543

Last week’s ruling takes away some of the most common and cost-effective tools to tackle climate pollution. But we cannot give up. That’s why it’s essential we continue pushing harder for climate action at every level. We need Congress to champion bold investments in climate and clean energy.

Will you join us at the Supreme Court tomorrow to raise your voice  and demand action on climate?

RSVP now to join us tomorrow at 10am ET to use your voice and help build momentum for bold climate solutions!

Thank you for being one of our most committed supporters, we hope to see you at the Supreme Court!
