COVID-19 vaccination clinics scheduled for ages 6 months and older

*Kitsap Public Health District is partnering with Kitsap Children's Clinic [ [link removed] ] in Port Orchard *to offer Moderna COVID-19 vaccination clinics for children ages 6 months through 5 years old [ [link removed] ] on Thursday, July 7, and Saturday, July 9.  Scroll down or visit our vaccine clinic calendar [ [link removed] ] for full clinic details.

*We offer COVID-19 vaccination for ages 5+* on Wednesdays and Thursdays at our clinic in downtown Bremerton. Scroll down or visit our clinic calendar [ [link removed] ] for information.

* ***Help keep our clinics safe for all! ***If you have __symptoms of COVID-19__ [ [link removed] ], have __tested __ [ [link removed] ]positive for COVID-19, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please __follow CDC guidance__ [ [link removed] ] and wait 10 days before coming to one of our vaccination clinics. 
* ***Masks: ***All patients and employees are required to wear masks at vaccination clinics. 
* *There is no charge for vaccination and insurance is not required.* Vaccination is available to everyone regardless of citizenship or immigration status.
