[Free Webinar] Inclusionary Housing Policies: Incentives and Lessons from Atlanta

The affordable housing crisis is affecting metropolitan regions across the United States as housing prices continue to soar much faster than incomes. Many jurisdictions have opted to add Inclusionary Housing Programs to their policy toolbox in an effort to keep housing affordable. Inclusionary Housing policies vary widely in their details and how they are implemented. Join us on December 18th to hear from Atlanta Councilmember Andre Dickens and Namon Freeman on how Inclusionary Housing programs work, and to learn about the city of Atlanta’s Inclusionary Housing Program. The session will be taking a deeper dive into assessing both project and program feasibility using Grounded Solutions Network's Inclusionary Housing Calculator.

In order to make some of our most popular training courses available to more people at a more affordable rate, we have converted these in-person courses to take place online. Each course will be 2 or 4 weeks in length, meeting once a week, from 2 pm - 3:30 pm eastern.  

• 4-week courses will cost:  $170 for members, and $220 for non-members
