Hi John

Today, the plight of animals is on the front page of the most important magazine in tech -- WIRED -- with a following of millions. And while our use of virtual reality is the hook, the ultimate message of the article is a moral one: “When the average lived experience of this planet is that of an animal in a cage, the cost of becoming one more of those imprisoned sentient beings pales in comparison to the value of any chance to free billions of them.”

Read and share the article today to show how the world is changing for animals

DxE was founded in Silicon Valley, just minutes away from the garages where Apple and Google and Pixar made their start. But to date, our ability to penetrate the culture of tech has been limited by an industry that deceives and a government that characterizes animal advocates as “terrorists.” But that is now changing. With one of WIRED’s most prominent journalists endorsing our cause -- and telling the gripping stories of animals rescued from torment in breathtaking virtual reality -- the tide is turning.

And soon, the Bay Area won’t just be known for the iPhones that changed the way we interact. It will be known as the birthplace of a movement that changed the way we see and treat animals.

You all made this possible, as I am out of prison today -- despite challenging some of the industry’s most powerful figures -- because of your support. And if you want to chip in beyond sharing the article, remember that every dollar donated is being doubled by a matching donor.

Thanks,

Priya
