UNICEF does whatever it takes to protect and empower children. Sometimes that means traveling to hard-to-reach parts of the world. Other times it requires developing new technologies to deliver lifesaving interventions. And sometimes that includes going to bat for child rights-focused legislation in the United States.
Through UNICEF USA’s advocacy efforts, we’ve pushed for change that’s led states to end child marriage, demanded action that protects DACA’s Dreamers and migrant children and helped advance legislation that will bring greater access to mental health services.

It’s because of this community that our advocacy achievements are possible. Whether it’s urging Congress to address the climate crisis or calling on cities to be more child-friendly, we can’t make progress happen without you.
As challenges to children’s rights and their lives mount in the United States and around the world, we need your help to call for more change. See all the ways that we're advocating for children and take action to make a difference for every child >>
