Happy July 4th!
I hope you’ve spent the long weekend relaxing, spending time with friends and family, enjoying some fireworks and barbecues, and taking a moment to celebrate our nation’s history.
Of course, there’s still work to do. We have to continue making progress on fighting inflation, combating climate change, and protecting abortion rights. But I’m committed to the fight, and proud to live in a country that allows us to fight for what we believe in. On July 4th, I like to reflect on all we have accomplished, together, and the confidence I have that there are many new accomplishments ahead.
Today, let’s recommit ourselves to working on building a better future for those who come next.
