John, Happy Independence Day!
As we celebrate today our country’s independence, and reflect on how our union has made strides towards the ideal of freedom for all, I am also thinking of our service members who have, and continue to, risk their lives to protect this sacred freedom we hold. I continue to be forever grateful for them and their families and loved ones, who also share that sacrifice and service.
Through the work of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, I remain committed to fighting every day to ensure our veterans and service members have the resources and support they need.
I continue to believe that America is the greatest country in the world. And as we move forward let us continue to do the necessary work to ensure freedoms and protections for all of our fellow Americans. I’m honored to be a part of this work with you.
Have a Safe and Happy 4th of July!
Frank
