On July 4, 1776, our Founding Fathers drew a line in the sand against big government tyranny and sent a message to the entire world that the United States is a beacon for freedom.

Millions of Americans will celebrate this momentous occasion with family and friends at backyard barbecues or on the lake, but you and I must rededicate ourselves to the Promise of America. And we must once again stand up to big government tyranny in our own country—just like our Founding Fathers were called upon to do 246 years ago.

I fought in the United States Marine Corps for 40 years before I came to Congress. My life has been dedicated to protecting freedom, and I consider it a life well spent.

What Biden and the Democrats want to do to America is far worse than what King George III imposed upon American colonists. King George wanted to tax us without representation. Biden wants to destroy this country as we know it.
