Help us recruit women of different backgrounds and parts of the
state to change the face of politics. Emerge New Mexico is currently accepting
applications for the 2020 Class but the deadline is coming up soon...
- Applications due December 13th -
In 2019, women account for over 50% of the U.S. population, yet women make up only 23.6% of the U.S. Congress, 29.3% of statewide elected offices, and only 35.7% of the Legislature in the state of New Mexico. We do not accept these statistics and are working to ensure that women in New Mexico and throughout the country are represented at all levels of government.
Women around the country have stepped up to take a leading role in our government. Will you join them? Take the first step in changing the face of politics on the local and national levels by applying to be part of the Emerge New Mexico Class of 2020.
Start your application for Emerge today!
- Deadline is Friday, December 13th -
Know a woman you would like to see in public office? Nominate her to be a part of Emerge New Mexico!
Invest in future Democratic women leaders by sponsoring a future Emergista or contributing to the Scholarship Fund.
Interested in other ways to contribute? Help us meet our 2020 goal by becoming one of our two-hundred $20 monthly contributors.
