As we celebrate the birth of our great nation, please remember that this is a Republic Of, By and For the People. That means all of us have the responsibility to preserve it or we will lose it. While there has been good news coming out of the US Supreme Court, the evil workings of the deep state continues to engineer our nation's demise.

All that evil needs to take hold is for good men and women to do nothing.

Please join us in the fight ahead to secure our liberties endowed to us by our creator.

Newsletter: NC Budget: Tyrannical Overreach

The NC Legislature passed this monstrosity, HB103. This is what the provisions in SECTION 26.1 on page 154 of HB 103 (H103-PCCS20003-MLxr-9) does to your personal information and our elections.

ERIC is the new national voter registration database the feds are trying to create under the pretense of stopping folks from voting in more than one state. ERIC is owned by a leftist non-profit group, not the government.

Actually, ERIC just takes us one step closer to the federal takeover of our elections. It's unconstitutional.

ERIC is a scam that has taken in far too many states.

Current state law prohibits the sharing of our Social Security Number and Date of Birth by state agencies with any other party to help stop identity theft.

SECTION 26.1 on page 154 of HB 103 (H103-PCCS20003-MLxr-9) would allow ERIC to get our personal data, even if just for a one-time comparison.

They would be giving out that information for each of us and no idea what would happen to that data later.

Just mention that this is in the state budget and they will know what you mean.

Our GOP lawmakers with both NC House Speaker Tim Moore and NC Senate Leader Phil Burger led the way.

Thanks to all of you who called your lawmakers and lobbied them before the final vote. This is not over. Please expose this to your friends and fellow Patriots.

Like 1776, we find ourselves in a time of opposition. America is facing many challenges. But we have reason to celebrate!

Together for years, we have built a Constitutionalist Supreme Court. Now, we have overturned Roe v. Wade!

In recent weeks, the Court has also issued monumental decisions defending the Second Amendment, beating back the administrative deep state, and upholding the individual right to actively live one’s religion.
