Abortion access in these states hangs in the balance this year.
Friend,
We’re experiencing a tremendous amount of rage as a country this week.
The pain and suffering that this Supreme Court ruling overturning the constitutional right to abortion will cause is difficult to comprehend, and more difficult still to confront. But as we continue to march and protest and express our desire for a safer world, we need to make sure we focus on the elections that are going to dictate who is able to access abortion and who is not.
This year we have reproductive health care champions running to unseat anti-abortion Republican AGs in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. We need to make sure that we win these elections and enable millions of people to make decisions about their own health. We can do that by making sure that the people of these states have AGs who believe in supporting their constituents' own bodily autonomy.Donate to DAGA today and help us win these critical races.

The federal government is no longer going to protect the right to an abortion, and we need Democratic AGs in office at the state level if we’re going to make sure that patients can continue to access the right to a safe abortion. State AGs have the power to decide which laws to prioritize and who to prosecute and not prosecute. The difference between having the right people in power in these states will impact the health – and lives – of millions of people.
