Dear Friend,

This Fourth of July brings us a renewed determination to honor the vision of our Founders, the sacrifice of our service members and the aspirations of our children. I am deeply grateful to you, our VIPs - volunteers in politics and policy - for your role in defending our Democracy and working to manifest “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” for ALL Americans, not just a privileged few.

Every year on the Fourth of July, we remember and honor the courage of our Founders to fight a revolution and launch our historically unprecedented experiment of government of, by, and For The People.

As we celebrate our nation’s birthday, let us take inspiration from the words of President Lincoln and recommit ourselves to the “unfinished business of democracy” by working to make real the promise of liberty and justice for all – once and for all.
