• The fundamental civil and human rights of women evaporated when the conservative U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
• Justice Clarence Thomas signaled that precedents protecting same-sex marriage and contraception should be next on the chopping block.
• Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans are considering a nationwide ban on abortion if they take back the Senate.

It’s clearer than ever: We must protect and expand Democratic control of the Senate to stop the GOP’s extremist agenda and protect our cherished rights. That’s why my campaign is ramping up its efforts to protect this Democratic seat – and it’s why I’m coming to you directly seeking feedback to help my strategy.

What’s happening on the Supreme Court isn’t random, Friend. Restricting the rights of women, putting bodily autonomy into the hands of the government, and preventing government intervention to stop gun violence – it’s all the result of decades of right-wing efforts to force a backward, dangerous agenda on the American people.

Their agenda is extreme and not representative of the majority of Americans’ priorities. But my willingness to stand up against the Republican Party has made me a target. I know that the only way I can ensure we keep this seat blue is with the best possible campaign strategy – powered by people like you.
