Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan are sending a dire warning in their dissent to the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade:
"With sorrow — for this Court, but more, for the many millions of American women who have today lost a fundamental constitutional protection — we dissent."
The conservative Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe will have real-life consequences. Millions of women have lost their right to choose, with even more being stripped of that right in the coming weeks.
But now is not the time to give up. It’s time for action. We must make our voices heard loud and clear.
