Vows to Challenge Democrats in Court 

New York--July 1st...New York Republican Chairman Nick Langworthy today released the following message in response to Kathy Hochul and Legislative Democrats' special session taking up legislation that would grossly violate New Yorkers' constitutional rights. Chairman Langworthy vowed to challenge Hochul and the legislature in court to protect the Second Amendment.
