The Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) is now accepting applications for both the Health and Human Services (HHS) Capital Construction ARPA Grant Program and the Water and Sewer (WS) ARPA Grant Program through August 12, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. The submitted application will be considered by SLIB at a future meeting, to be determined.

Applications for both programs are located on OSLI?s website: https://lands.wyo.gov. Additionally, the Emergency Rules, Chapter 40-HHS and Chapter 41-WS, for the programs can be found on OSLI?s website or the Secretary of State?s Rule System at https://rules.wyo.gov/Search.aspx?mode=3 under Lands and Investments, Office of.
