Team, I recently shared this picture on Twitter, and wanted to make sure you got a chance to take a look:

In each of these votes, Democrats in the House moved forward legislation meant to deliver economic relief for struggling Americans – yet so many Republicans voted against each measure.

Folks, this is the difference between parties in our country. MAGA Republicans are not interested in solutions – as always, they resort to the same playbook when they do not have a plan: Obstruction.

Democrats, on the other hand, recognize the economic reality so many are facing right now and do the job they were elected to do: Deliver solutions.

We cannot let Kevin McCarthy and the rest of the Trump cronies call the shots in Congress next year. They clearly do not understand the challenges so many Americans are facing now. If you are in a position to do so, will you join me today in defending our razor thin majority and tell MAGA Republicans our country needs to move forward, not backwards?

From helping folks at the gas pump, to lowering the cost of healthcare, to helping families with the challenges of formula shortages, Democrats put forth solutions on how to move forward and help those in need.

Meanwhile, most of my Republican colleagues either do not see the urgency so many people are facing – or just don’t care. If they truly cared about helping Americans get through these tough times, then they would have not voted against every bill meant to help everyday folk!

That’s why it is so critical that Democrats continue to maintain control of Congress. If MAGA Republicans do not have any solutions now, then what exactly do they have to offer if they were to take control of Congress next year? From what we can gather now – not much!
