We're still reeling from corrupt, conservative Supreme Court justices' decision to undermine the Clean Air Act. But we are strengthened by the knowledge that there is still so much our leaders can do to act on climate. In fact, President Biden just got his first post-West Virginia v. EPA opportunity to choose people over polluters.

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management just released their proposed plan for the next five years of offshore oil and gas leasing in U.S. waters. This is our chance to raise our collective voice to demand that Biden allow no new fossil fuel leasing in public waters.

This is a prime example of federal climate action that is still possible and effective in the shadow of the stolen Supreme Court's recent ruling. We cannot miss this opportunity.
