recognize exceptional Canadian paramedics and paramedic supporters at the
national level. The award presentation will occur during the Paramedics on the Hill

Robert Belleghem and Michael Gazo were given Emergency Medical Services Exemplary Service Medals at a ceremony at Queen’s Park in Toronto on Thursday.
Belleghem received a medal for his 30 years of service and Gazo received his medal for 40 years of service.

The two-year research study by Alberta Health Services and the O'Brien Institute at the University of Calgary resulted in several changes to the design in order to eliminate tripping hazards and make mobile-working easier.

Outaouais Paramedic Cooperative director Paul Lévesque said the employee allegedly placed an unknown substance into the drinks of fellow paramedics that caused them to feel intoxicated.
