I love sending these kinds of emails -- the ones where I get to say: We did it!

Thanks to you, we hit our $30,000 end-of-quarter fundraising goal. When you consider that not a single dime of that money came from corporate PACs, lobbyists, special interest groups, or other members of Congress – heck, even I’m impressed.

We have our work cut out for us in the coming months. Gun violence prevention, reproductive freedom, and our democracy itself are all on the line this November, but I'm heading into election season with a heart full of hope and an unshakeable determination to keep doing the work you elected me to do.

Dark money groups are no doubt gearing up to release attack ads against us. But we’ll greet tomorrow’s challenges with renewed faith because we have the people-powered strength we need to win. Thanks for proving it – again.
