Dear John,

Christina & I can’t thank you enough for all your support. Campaigns are often long, hard-fought battles. We’re humbled & honored to have stood with so many great patriots in our fight for freedom. And the fight continues on. Many people have asked us what is next, & our answer continues to remain the same: We will go wherever God leads us.

Because when you are willing to step out when God asks, that is a victory in itself. And throughout this campaign, God has been glorified, Jesus has been proclaimed, and people are even more aware of their God-given rights & liberties.

In years past, when I’ve fought legislative battles that seemed to have failed, people have asked how I can continue in the fight when it seems that so many others stand against what is right. The answer is that we do what is right, even if we have to stand alone. When you have done all to stand, continue to stand & fight the good fight of faith. Do not grow weary in doing good. And in this campaign we never had to stand alone, you all stood with us throughout it.

Know that Christina & I are staying in the fight. We are excited for wherever God leads us next. The best place to be in the middle of a storm is right in the middle of God’s will.
