I know June was a tough month, and that we sent a lot of emails ahead of last night’s FEC deadline. So, I just wanted to send a quick thank you before the holiday weekend.

In difficult moments, Gabby has always reminded me to summon hope. To keep going, even when it seems darkest. And with a team like this behind me, I know we’ll defend this seat and hold the Senate.

We received tens of thousands of donations ahead of our public filing deadline, which speaks volumes about the depth of support for this people-powered campaign. It all adds up to help us fight back against the attack ads running right now, and that’s how we win.

It’s no secret this is going to be an expensive campaign, and my decision to not accept corporate PAC money makes fundraising a little more challenging. But it was the right decision and all of you have made an incredible impact.

I am very proud of that fact, and you should be too. Gabby and I hope you’re able to enjoy some time with family and friends this weekend.
