This month alone, AG Paxton:

Said he would tell the parents of the Uvalde massacre that “God has a plan”
Was removed from a case around gender-affirming care for a child in Texas
Closed down his office to “celebrate” the Dobbs ruling from SCOTUS that overturned the constitutional right to access abortion

AG Paxton spent the month doubling down on every right wing talking point and issue that he could, while ignoring the issues that are really facing our communities.

AG Paxton is vulnerable in November and we have a real chance to remove him from office by electing Democratic AG candidate Rochelle Garza. Rochelle is an advocate for common sense gun control and has a history of advocating for immigrants and the right to reproductive health care in her home state. She is the clear choice for moving Texas forward.
