My campaign has a major quarterly fundraising deadline in just a few hours, so I wanted to reach out to ask: can I count on you to chip in to my re-election campaign before tonight’s deadline?

While it’s easy to feel disillusioned since the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade, I’m working tirelessly to protect and expand access to abortion nationwide. Just this month, I introduced the My Body, My Data Act to protect our information, protect our privacy, and reaffirm our rights to make decisions about our own bodies. As one of a just handful of women of reproductive age in Congress, this issue is a deeply personal one.

I am frustrated and I am angry and I am sad. But I refuse to be demoralized.

Reproductive rights are on the ballot this November and we need to take decisive action to ensure people across the country continue to have access to reproductive health care. I am determined to make that happen.
