Hi John, I know you’ve heard from my team a lot this week, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t reach out one last time before the month ends.

I just got off the phone with Brooke, my finance director, and she let me know we still need to raise $625 to reach our June target.

John, here’s why tonight’s deadline is so important: In just a few short days, my team will turn over our fundraising report to the Federal Election Commission – and then it will be public for the world to see where we stand. It’s a big moment, and I want to be sure we put forward a strong showing that proves eastern Connecticut isn’t up for grabs.

I’m not exaggerating when I say everything is on the line this November. That’s why I have to ask, John: Can you chip in a few dollars before midnight to help us close the gap and end June on a strong note? Here’s a link just for you:
