I’m reaching out on behalf of my friend and colleague, Georgia Congressman Sanford Bishop.
Sanford Bishop is a fighter, leader, and advocate for rural communities, working on legislation to improve internet access, fix the baby formula shortage, and combat inflation by lowering costs at the gas pump and in the grocery aisle.
But here’s why I’m writing to you, John:
Congressman Bishop’s seat is one of the most competitive House races in the country.
He’s on the NRCC’s target list of seats to flip. GOP Super PACs are pouring money into Georgia to try and defeat him.
The GOP isn’t wasting any time plotting to flip his seat in November, and that means we can’t let up for a moment.
To put it simply – Georgia is the most competitive state in the country, and National Republicans have set their sights on flipping his seat, and by doing so, taking control of the U.S. House. The midterms are rapidly approaching, and Congressman Bishop needs your help to reach his end-of-quarter fundraising goal.
