Good evening John,

I hope you’ve seen all of the good news from my campaign this past week. We’ve put together a strong coalition of supporters, including the Rhode Island Democratic Party, my friends Speaker Shekarchi and Senate President Ruggerio, organized labor, and municipal leadership and City Democratic Committees across the state.

Tonight, my campaign is facing our most important fundraising deadline yet. I hope you can chip in before the clock strikes midnight to fuel our voter outreach efforts ahead of the September 13 primary.

I know that at the end of the day we all want the same things: safe communities, good paying jobs, and high-performing schools for our kids. I’m a lifelong Rhode Islander, and each day I go to the state house to fight for your family as I fight for my own.
